Everyone in Australia has the same minimum entitlements and protections at work, including international students on a visa.

The Fair Work Ombudsman has free information and tools to help international students and their employers know about rights and minimum entitlements.

The Fair Work Ombudsman has information about:

  • pay and conditions
  • protections for migrant workers
  • resolving workplace issues
  • getting help in language.

There are also various tools and resources available for international students.
