We would like to remind the public that the VRQA does not accept abusive behaviour towards our staff members.

Unfortunately some VRQA staff have recently been on the other end of abusive phone calls.

We are always here to help our regulated education providers, apprentices, trainees, their employers, and the public with complaints and general enquiries. However, it is crucial that these interactions occur in a manner that is respectful and constructive. This protects the health and safety of the public and our staff members.

Work-related violence includes behaviours such as yelling, swearing and name calling. This unacceptable behaviour can have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of workers. Repetitive exposure to these incidents can have a cumulative and significant effect on wellbeing.

Please treat our staff with respect.
