Consultation for RTOs

Since they were introduced, the VET Quality Indicator surveys have provided critical feedback from students and employers. The survey data is an important source of information for registered training organisations (RTOs) and regulators.

However, a lot has changed in the vocational education and training sector since the surveys started. Student expectations, employer needs, training delivery practices and regulatory settings have all evolved.

This creates an opportunity to refresh the surveys, so they remain fit for purpose in today's training environment.

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is inviting RTOs and other interested stakeholders to have their say on draft new VET Quality Indicator surveys for students and employers.
