The VRQA Strategic Plan 2022–25(opens in a new window) sets out principles that underpin our interactions with our duty-holders, stakeholders, co-regulators and the public. Consistent with the VRQA’s principle of transparency, following every meeting the Board publishes a summary of key decisions and considerations.

Our Board meet 6 times a year. After each meeting, communiques are available on our website. Duty holders, co-regulators, stakeholders, and the public can access them at any time.

At the October 2024 meeting, the Board focused on audit and risk management. A key focus was our annual reporting obligations and financial year performance.
